Fall Wreath

Fall Wreath
Using supplies from the Dollar Tree, I made this fall wreath for my mother. There is a wonderful assortment of fall decorations at the Dollar Tree. I used 5-6 fall vines, a medium sized wreath, and a ribbon bow.

Fall Table Runner

While at the Dollar Tree, I purchased wire-edged ribbon in different fall patterns. I found the table runner craft at there website on-line. The basket weave design is easy, and I used an old table runner as my width and height.

Table Decoration

I went shopping the other day for fabric and came across the pumpkin teapot in a little shop. I decided to change our dining table setting. Now I am looking for a fall colored table cloth and runner.

Clothes Line

Our summer weather has been warm and beautiful. My father and I made a temporary clothes line in our back yard. We tied a small nylon rope to our air conditioner stand and pole to our portable car port. We can take the line down after each use. We live in a trailer park that does not allow permanent clothes lines.

Coast Trip

Grandma Pat and Me
I am happy to be at the coast!

Beautiful view from our room

Shells we found on the beach.

Last weekend our family went to the coast. In the morning the fog came in but lifted later in the day. The weather was beautiful in the afternoon. We were able to take a few walks on the beach and we found a few treasures.
The ocean was so peaceful and beautiful. We opened our curtains and just sat quietly and watched the waves as they rolled in and out. Our time was spent talking with my grandma Pat, shopping a little, swimming and walking on the beach. There was no need for the TV in our room. The conversation was all that we needed.
